”I support adults experiencing difficulties related to low self-esteem, anxiety, and emotional or relational challenges. I work with individuals struggling with problems arising from difficult life situations and those who have experienced narcissistic abuse. I provide support to individuals experiencing work-related stress, professional burnout, chronic overwork, and difficulties in maintaining a healthy work–life balance. I also assist those struggling with pressure, exhaustion, and the emotional consequences of demanding professional environments.
In my practice, I am guided by high ethical standards, empathy, mutual trust, and understanding of each patient’s individual needs. My aim is to create a space for therapeutic work that fosters one’s change and enables achievement of one’s therapeutic goals.”
”I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist currently in training by Krakow Psychodynamic Centre. I graduated Jagiellonian University in applied psychology. I have gained my experience through internships at the Dr Józef Babiński Clinical Hospital and the Psychotherapy Department of the University Hospital, as well as through working at one of the Mental Health Centres in Małopolska.
I work with adults experiencing a variety of problems such as lowered mood, emotional instability, anxiety, or difficulties in building relationships with others. In my work, I strive to understand the other person, taking into account their goals, capabilities and needs. This allows me to make use of my knowledge and skills appropriately to aid patients in their difficulties.”
