Natalia Spytkowska – psychologist

• Counseling (Adults)
• Psychotherapy (Adults)

”I offer psychological help for adults, as well as support in crisis. I work with individuals who experience:
anxiety, panic attacks, lowered mood, depression, low self-esteem, difficulties in relationships, social anxiety, loneliness, difficulties in regulating emotions, grief, sleeplessness, psychosomatic symptoms.
I have gained experience in psychological counseling and psychotherapy during internships at multiple healthcare centers including the Psychiatric Ward in Babiński Clinical Hospital, Oncological Ward of Rydygiera Hospital, Neurosis and Behavioral Disorders Treatment Ward in the Institute of Psychotherapy Collegium Medicum UJ.
I focus on creating a safe environment, where you can express yourself freely. Together we can explore your internal world in order for you to understand yourself on a deeper level, make more informed choices and derive more satisfaction from life.”
  • What to expect in psychotherapy process?

At first, therapy can seem difficult as it requires courage to confront your vulnerabilities and face your discomforts. However, your interest in seeking therapy is already a proof of your internal strength and resilience – you have already taken the first step towards meaningful and long-term change.

Through the process of therapy, you will be able identify and understand the stressors and conflicts that have made it difficult to grow into your most authentic self. Therapy can also help discover hidden desires and wishes from inside your mind that were difficult to access on your own. I believe that therapy is a powerful tool that can help you rewrite a more integrated, rich, and satisfying narrative of your life.
