”I support adults in dealing with emotional difficulties, crises, and mood and anxiety disorders.
I work in the cognitive-behavioral therapy approach (CBT), incorporating elements of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I offer short-term therapy (ranging from 3 to 6 months) and long-term Schema Therapy, which can last from 12 months to several years.
In my therapeutic work, I place great importance on an individualized approach to each person, understanding their history, patterns, and coping mechanisms.
To ensure the quality and ethics of my practice, I work under constant supervision. I’m continuously developing my professional skills by participating in numerous trainings in psychotherapy, psychopathology, and trauma. I am a member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy and the Society for Psychotherapy Research.”

Which kind of therapy to choose?
I offer short-term therapy (ranging from 3 to 6 months) and long- term Schema Therapy. Schema Therapy is also based on cognitive-behavioral principles and last from 12 months to several years.
If you want to quickly address a specific issue (e.g., anxiety, burnout, stress), short-term CBT therapy is a good choice. However, if the same difficult patterns (e.g., feeling inadequate, difficulties inrelationships) have been recurring in your life for years, then the Schema Therapy might be worth considering. Choosing the appropriate kind of therapy for your particular needs will be discussed during the first consultation.

I am a graduate of the Jagiellonian University and a psychotherapist currently undergoing a four-year training program at the School of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy at SWPS University.
