Sara Kasprzyk – psychologist

• Adults counseling
• Adolescents counseling

“I support adolescents and adults facing challenges such as addiction, difficulties with motivation for change, life crises, relationship issues, and adapting to life in a new environment. In my professional practice, I place particular emphasis on attentiveness, empathy, and the creation of a safe and confidential space conducive to reflection and therapeutic change.
I hold a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health from the United Kingdom.  I gained clinical experience in London, working with individuals struggling with addiction in both individual and group settings. I completed a clinical placement at the Dr. Józef Babiński Clinical Hospital, working on a general adult psychiatry ward. In my work, I draw on approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, supporting clients in the process of change and recovery. I am committed to continuously developing my professional skills through courses and training, and I am preparing to begin comprehensive psychotherapy training.”
